In recent years, the world has gone through many changes and difficult challenges. Many people are feeling a sense of uncertainty and heightened stress. At BTS, our goal is to help each client tap into their own potential by helping to increase awareness of already existing personal strengths, skills and resources; while also teaching new and effective strategies and skills that can be used to overcome the unique challenges that arise. We strive to help each person make a 'breakthrough' while in therapy that will be life-changing and everlasting. 2023-TELEHEALTH
Since the covid-19 pandemic and the demand for telehealth services, BTS has realized that many clients have preferred the telehealth option, even upon being offered to return to in-person. At this time, BTS is only providing services via telehealth (video or telephone). We have found that many people that might have been hesitant to try telehealth, actually end up preferring it after the initial few sessions. We encourage you to give it a try and see if it is a good fit for you. Until further notice, BTS will only be providing Telehealth sessions. Upon changes to this policy, there will be an announcement on this page.
Please note that most insurance plans are currently covering Telehealth mental health services.
